If you\u2019re having trouble with the website we developed, then please submit a request through our support forum and our team will assist you as soon as possible. If you are still not satisfied, then the following refund policy applies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We will issue a full refund if:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your order can\u2019t be completed;<\/li>\n<li>You\u2019ve posted a support post on the forum but you didn\u2019t get any response in 48h (business days only).<\/li>\n<li>You asked for a refund before we started the project;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We will issue a partial refund (based on negotiation) if:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You are dissatisfied with the quality of the code or service and can provide a logical explanation of what\u2019s wrong.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We also reserve the right to refuse a refund if:<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We developed based on the design you sent us but now you changed your mind and don\u2019t want to use that design anyway<\/li>\n<li>You purchased our service by mistake and we already developed the website.<\/li>\n<li>The service(s) was bought by your employee or inmate from your PayPal or other accounts to which he\/she had legal access.<\/li>\n<li>You refused to give access to your website to our support staff to investigate the issue you are having an issue with.<\/li>\n<li>You logged into the website and totally broke the site by yourself.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> Please also note that: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Refunds can take up to 14 days to reflect in your account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As you know, each project is different so are the reason.
